What is advocacy?

PPA business and professional has trained 80 of the most senior sales professionals to represent the sector generically to both clients and agencies.

The advocates will be visiting more than 200 clients to present evidence that marketing generates increased profitability, can fulfil clients' objectives, and to discuss clients' objectives and ensure access to the most relevant information to their clients' businesses.

These advocates are the embodiment of PPA's determination to provide a generic resource that focuses on clients' business objectives, and the return on investment that the sector as a whole can offer.

 

Advocacy on Request

Many clients will be approached during the advocacy programme. However, we are aware that many more will be interested in the powerful case for magazines that Advocacy represents. To this end, PPA Professional will make the Advocacy programme available to any brand manager that requests it.

Such Advocacy meetings would be particularly advantageous for those clients who currently do use magazines on their mixed media schedule, but are looking for fresh insight on how the magazine medium could work far more creatively, innovatively and effectively for them. The Advocacy meetings are intended to provide consultative insight only - no hard sell!
