Euromoney said its pre-tax profits for the year to September 2008 would be around £64m and that strong subs and revenues from emerging markets meant that current global economic turndown would not have an impact on it business
Centaur revenues flat, but profit down

Centaur, which publishes The Lawyer and Marketing Week, reported revenues of £90.4m in the year ended 30 June 2008 but profits fell from £16.9m to £14.5m including costs of £3.6m for redundancies and amortisation of sold businesses.
Ultima swoops for Car Design News

Ultima Media has acquired the company which owns Car Design News. Ultima is a joint venture partner with Car Design News on the Auto Design Night event and owns car interiors brand Interior Motives. Car Design News is a nine-year-old online only publication.
