United Business Media (UBM) this week announced this acquisition of Think Service, Inc. on behalf of CMP Technology, for $24.5m. Think Service, Inc. is a membership, certification and training, and events organisation focusing on IT service and support practitioners.

The reception, to be held at 6pm on Monday 11 February, is open to anyone working in the business media industry and will be an opportunity to meet and network with both PPA members and other key people in the sector.
