Ocean Media Group sold to MBO

Magazines, conferences and exhibitions provider Ocean Media Group announced this week that the business has been sold, fifteen months after it had been purchased from Trinity Mirror. The business is being acquired by AAC Capital Partners working with a management buy-in team.

Financial Times changes access rules
